NHS Baby LifeCheck is a free, easy to use service providing information and suggestions on how parents and carers of babies aged 5 to 8 months can keep their babies healthy, happy and safe. Answering important questions about their baby’s development.

Am I Normal?

NHS online service helps teenagers in Nuneaton and Bedworth

NHS Teen LifeCheck is an on-line health service for teenagers aged between 12 and 15. A quick, easy service that explores a range of health and wellbeing issues.

NHS Teen LifeCheck covers a range of health and well-being issues such as: physical activity; nutrition; solvents and illegal drugs; alcohol; smoking; sexual health as well as a range of emotional health issues.

Each section guides young people through a set of simple questions about their health and lifestyle choices and then offers confidential results and advice. You can watch helpful videos, set personal goals and choose to receive reminders to help them stick to their goals. Completed NHS Teen LifeCheck questionnaires are confidential. No personal data is stored.

Both LifeChecks will not replace contact with GP's and health professionals but are complementary, giving additional information, top tips, support and links to local services.
