The Small Business Friendly Concordat, initiated by the ODPM, is a non-statutory code of practice to facilitate effective trade between Local Authorities and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), and the principles have now been formally adopted following a Single Member Decision. The full "Good Practice Guide" (41 pages) can be viewed, but the formal Single Member Decision Report can also be viewed which summarises the key points. |
