Any waste generated by a commercial organisation is the responsibility of the organisation to dispose of correctly. The council can provide a service to collect trade waste on request.

We operate a trade refuse collection service throughout the Borough. The service is mainly based upon the use of wheeled refuse containers of various capacities ranging from 140 litres to 1100 litres. We can also provide a special ‘one-off’ collection of trade waste at an additional cost.
How to Apply for Collections
- Contact us or use the online service from this page.
- Please provide the Commercial premises address.
- We cannot collect any hazardous waste.
- A date for a visit will be arranged.
- A member of our Refuse & Cleansing team will visit the premises and provide a quote for special collection waste based upon the quantity of trade to be collected.
Conditions
This authority is not responsible for the collection of hazardous waste from commercial premises.
