Local Development Scheme

The first document attached below contains the current Local Development Scheme (LDS) dated 2009, which sets out the timetable for the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough area. The current LDS covers the period from 2008-2011 and was agreed by the Government Office for the West Midlands, on behalf of the Secretary of State in July 2009. The current LDS is being revised.

 

The revised LDS is the second document attached below. The revised LDS was approved by Cabinet on 27 January 2010. It has now been formally submitted for approval by the Government Office for the West Midlands on behalf of the Secretary of State. Once approved the revised LDS will be published in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Council's Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).
