How to Apply for Planning Permission

  • Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council uses the national Planning Portal for online submission of planning applications.   Pease refer to the Apply Online section below.
  • Alternatively you can download the '1App' form from the Planning Portal and send it via the post (please note you will still need to register on the planning portal to do this).
  • The correct fee must be submitted with the application. If it is not the application will be accepted, but no action will be taken on it and the eight weeks the Council has to decide the application will not start until the correct fee is received.
  • View details of the various payment methods.
  • View or download Planning Fees below for a summary of all the fees and legislation requirements.
  • Contact us for further advice.
