How to Request Pest Control Service
- Use the online service on this page to notify us of the problem.
- Please ensure you provide us with contact details.
- A Council Officer will contact you to arrange a visit.
- Appropriate action will be taken to control the pests.
Conditions
- Pest control treatments for rats and mice continue to be free to domestic premises.
- Wasps, bedbug, fleas and cockroach treatments are available at a charge of £56 (subject to variation), with a concessionary fee available for those who receive Council Tax, Housing or Income Support benefit. For missed visits fees will be retained as an administration charge.

Sewer baiting is carried out on behalf of Severn Trent. Parks and riverbanks are regularly treated to reduce rodent activity.

Research undertaken by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and Warwick District Council clearly demonstrates the risk that rodents, such as rats and mice, pose to food safety.
