- You have a grievance due to an unfair decision or service
- You are responding to an unwelcome decision you want to challenge
- Failure by the Council to administer and deliver our services

You can complain to the Ombudsman
You can complain to the Local Government ombudsman at any time. The ombudsman will usually investigate your complaint after you have been through our complaint procedure.
