You can make your complaint by phone or e-mail to the service manager using either the departmental contacts or the contact information in the A-Z of services directory.

If you are unsure who to complain to, use our on-line complaint form. Your complaint will be dealt with by our customer services staff.

If your complaint is of a severe or serious nature (you as complainant should be the judge of this) for example :-

You have a grievance due to an unfair decision or service
You are responding to an unwelcome decision you want to challenge
Failure by the Council to administer and deliver our services

You can make a formal complaint to the Chief Executive, Independent of the service you are complaining about.
