Racial Incident Reporting

Racial Reporting Incidents Pictures

The council monitors any racially motivated incidents within the borough, and this is achieved via Best Value Performance Indicators.

BVPI 174 deals with the amount of incidents that occur within the borough. Our target for this is to have no incidents of a racist nature.

BVPI 175 deals with the action taken should an incident take place. Our target is to ensure 100% of incidents are investigated, and any appropriate action taken.

The Regeneration and Policy Unit, Chief Executives Office, monitors all reports of racial incidents received.

If you feel that you have been a victim of a racial incident, either contact the Council on 024 7637 6376 or contact the Warwickshire Race Equality Partnership on 0844 800 9990 or via email at info@wrep.org.uk. Your incident will then be investigated.
