Race Equality Scheme - 2005-2008

Nuneaton and Bedworth’s Race Equality Scheme outlines how we will meet the general duty to promote race equality.

 

The act places new duties on public authorities to deal with racial discrimination, promote equal opportunities and promote good relations between people from different racial groups. We are committed to achieve those aims, and to make race equality a central part of the way we deliver our services, develop policies and work with the community.
