Members of Phantom Knights are excited following news of their recent successful application to Nuneaton and Bedworth’s Community Plan Fund, which resulted in the band being able to fund two new baritone instruments, which should hopefully be available to the members in time for the start of their competitive season. Brian Walmsley, PK Support Committee Member said “This is a great show of support by Nuneaton and Bedworth Council and Warwickshire County Council, and will enable the youngsters of Phantom Knights to even-better represent our district, whilst competing throughout the UK, we are extremely grateful to the members of the Community Plan Fund for their support”

The Phantom Knights are an American style marching Show Corps based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Officially launched in October 1996, the Phantom Knights’ membership lives mainly in the Nuneaton, Bedworth area with additional members from the Atherstone, Hinckley and Coventry areas.

The Corps is made up of approximately 45 youngsters between 8 and 25 years of age, comprising a marching brass line, marching percussion, static percussion and Colour Guard. Each section is supported by experienced instructors, who themselves have marched with several UK Show Corps.
