Suppliers and contractors can find out about current council tenders/contracts by either:-
- Downloading the contract/tender documents from this page, available in both PDF and Word formats.
- Write in response to an advert in the press or the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
- E-mailing the lead officer.
- Contacting the lead officer.
Council tenders and contracts may also be advertised in various publications such as:-
- The Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
- The Trade Press.
- The local papers.
- West Midlands Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership e portal at http://www.wmcoe.bravosolution.co.uk
The intention is to give existing and potential contractors and suppliers the opportunity to do business with the Council. All Council tenders will provide necessary details as in Tendering for Contracts.
The Council is also proactively looking at electronic tendering to allow companies to submit both pre-questionnaires and tenders electronically. We currently use the above e bravo solution, please follow the link for further information.
