Both Nuneaton and Bedworth have a long history of Markets, which began in the 12th Century.

 

 

 

Award Winning Market for two consecutive years, as judged by NABMA (National Association of British Market Authorities): 2009 - Market of the Year, 2010 - Best Market Attraction

 

 

First Chartered in 1226, Nuneaton Market operates 2 days a week in the streets throughout the town centre.  On Saturdays there are over 150 stalls and over 100 stalls on Wednesdays and generally trade between 8.30 am and 4.00 pm. Traders from all over the Midlands offer a wide variety of goods at competitive prices.

 

Street vendors also operate in the town centre on a daily basis, and offer goods such as hot potatoes, flowers and ice cream

 

 

Bedworth Covered Market is situated in Mill Street, CV12 8LZ close to the Aldi development.  It has both Market Units and Stalls.  The cafe provides a welcome break, serving hot and cold refreshments.
