There is now no such thing as a Public Entertainment Licence.  The provision of music and/or facilities for dancing is a "licensable activity" under the Licensing Act 2003 and a Premises Licence will be required under that Act.
 

How to Apply

  • You should complete and submit a Premises Licence application form (available from the Licensing Act 2003 download forms section) along with the statutory fee.
