Proprietary Clubs will require a Premises Licence under the Licensing act 2003.
Members' Clubs will require a Club Premises Certificate.
How to Apply
- You should complete and submit a the appropriate application form (available from the Licensing Act 2003 download forms section) along with the statutory fee.
