Under the Gambling Act 2005 societies raising money for charity, sports and other similar purposes by conducting small lotteries, raffles etc are required to register with the Council.
How to Apply
- In order to conduct a lottery you will need to register with us.
- Please submit a registration form along with your registration fee.
- The current fee is £40.
- You will be required to renew your registration on an annual basis.
- The current renewal fee for registration for this is £20
