Review of Licensing Policy

The Council has published for consultation a draft of a revised Statement of Licensing Policy.  This Statement details how the Council will deal with applications under the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol licensing, clubs, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment.

 

The Statement of Licensing Policy must be kept under review and there must be a formal review at least every 3 years.  It is intended that a new Statement should be adopted by the Council in December and come into force on 7th January 2008.

Comments on the draft revised Statement should be submitted in writing to the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton Cv11 5AA by 1st October 2007.
