The Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 states that licences are required to keep certain animals. An application must be made to us.  We will inspect the premises where the animal is to be kept with a vet to ensure that the conditions, cages, food, etc. is suitable.
 

How to Apply 

This is an annual licence that must be applied for every year. 
  • An application form must be submitted along with the payment.
  • The current fee is £183.20
  • In addition to this NBBC fee, additional expenses will be incurred for vet inspection fees which are compulsory.
  • You will receive your new licence once we have processed your application form and is subject to a vet inspection report.
