Connexions Direct is a national helpline for young people in England aged 13 to 19 years old (or up to the age of 25 with a disability), provided by the Department for Education.
Connexions Direct offers free, confidential, non-judgemental, impartial and young-person centred information, advice and support on a range of issues including careers, education and learning. Our trained advisers provide support to young people online by web-chat and e-mail, over the phone and by SMS between 8am and 2am, everyday of the year.
