If you have a debit card you can pay your Council Tax, Business Rates or Housing Rent on-line through the Alliance & Leicester BillPay service.
Anyone wishing to make use of this service will be asked to register to enable them to use the site. This is a simple process and will enable a unique customer profile to be set up; this will be used for subsequent payments.
As an added feature you will be asked to set a brief security question which you may need to refer for future transactions (should you forget your password).
